SDS Fitness was founded by Serge Darryl Sejour in fall 2005. Serge is an athlete and former NFL and CFL player who has always had an affinity for fitness, especially maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Establishing Fitness Routines
Once you have committed to making changes toward personal health and fitness, one of our SDS Fitness trainers establishes a fitness program especially for you and inspires the motivation and focus necessary to follow it. With our program, clients adapt to customized routines that play a major role in their exciting tranformations--inside as well as outside. Consistency is the key to success!
Structured Fitness
SDS Fitness provides a consistent approach to fitness training. Our environment is marked by motivation, positive reinforcement, client accountability, focus, determination and most of all fun. Our programs incorporate cardio, weight training, core stability, boxing, sports-specific training (for former and current athletes) and flexibility training.
SDS FITNESS Trainers
All SDS Fitness trainers are experienced, certified fitness specialists. Our trainers tailor one-on-one programs to fit our clients' personal fitness needs and goals--including nutritional guidance--ensuring safety and maximum results. All of our training programs improve health, transform physique and maximize performance. Through education, commitment and discipline, SDS Fitness creates an environment that encourages the fulfillment of our clients' personal goals and helps clients reach their full potential.
