SDS Fitness was founded by Serge Darryl Sejour in fall 2005. Serge is an athlete and former NFL and CFL player who has always had an affinity for fitness, especially maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

SDS Fitness provides a consistent approach to fitness training. Our environment is marked by motivation, positive reinforcement, client accountability, focus, determination and most of all fun. Our programs incorporate cardio, weight training, core stability, boxing, sports-specific training (for former and current athletes) and flexibility training.
